We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our 1st shift team at a cold storage facility on the east side of Indianapolis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you!

Location: East Side of Indianapolis
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Work Environment: Cold storage facility (ambient, refrigerated, and freezer areas)

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a key leadership role in managing the shipping and receiving process, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient flow of products through all stages of the order cycle. You’ll oversee logistics operations, train and guide team members, and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This position requires strong organization, critical thinking, and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
