Job Description

• Design and execute automated IVR test scripts using Cyara (Velocity / Pulse / Voice Assure).
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of IVR and contact center applications.
• Validate call flows, prompts, routing, ASR, TTS, and DTMF scenarios.
• Integrate Cyara automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Support release validation, UAT, and production monitoring.
• Work in Agile environments ensuring high-quality IVR solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in IVR / Contact Center QA & Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cyara tools.
• Good understanding of telecom, VoIP, SIP, and call flow testing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
