Locum Advanced Practitioner - Addiction Medicine

We have an ongoing locum assignment in Sacramento, CA for an Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). 

This is an ongoing assignment in an outpatient facility. The NP or PA will be needed for 25 hours/week, flexible hours Monday through Friday. 

They do prescribe Suboxone at this facility and the client is willing to help you acquire a Suboxone waiver for this assignment.

SCHEDULE:

• Needed ASAP for 25 hours/week of coverage
• Hours: 4-6 hours/day; Monday - Friday (flexible schedule)

REQUIREMENTS

• Active license to practice as an NP or PA in the State of California
• DEA License
• Suboxone Waiver - if you do not already have this, the client is willing to help you acquire the waiver for this assignment
