Position Summary

The Die Cast Loader supports die casting operations by loading raw materials, inspecting finished parts, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized production area. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical awareness, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Load ingots into die casting machines according to production requirements.
• Perform visual inspection of every part to ensure quality standards are met.
• File and finish parts as needed.
• Empty pits and remove scrap material from production areas.
• Clean around machines and assist with blowouts.
• Replace oil and lubricants as part of routine equipment maintenance.
• Prepare empty carts and transport finished lots to designated staging locations.
• Operate shot blast equipment (Tier 2-A level) as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Follow all company safety policies and work instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or die casting experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
