Memory Day Care Coordinator

Van Dyk Memory Care Center seeks an Adult Day Care Coordinator to lead our social adult day care program to help families who are experiencing memory loss, dementia, and other cognitive impairment. Our program offers meaningful social stimulation, activities and meals while providing caregivers with a well-deserved break in the day to handle personal needs or simply relax.

This unique leadership role combines hands-on therapeutic programming with marketing and community outreach responsibilities to grow and strengthen our adult day care

Location - Hawthorne, NJ, 07506

Salary- 60-65k

What You’ll Do:

• Design and lead engaging, dementia-focused daily activities
• Create individualized, person-centered programming
• Support and educate families
• Supervise and train program staff
• Develop and execute a marketing and outreach strategy
• Build referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners
• Host tours and convert inquiries into enrollments

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in adult day services, memory care, or senior care required
• National Certification for Activity Professionals preferred
• Strong activity planning and leadership skills
• Marketing, outreach, or sales experience preferred
• Compassion, creativity, and organizational strength
