As a member of our stocking team, you will play a key role in ensuring all products are accurately received and properly maintained within inventory. You’ll be working alongside a motivated team in a fast-paced environment, with management who understands the convenience distribution industry. Responsibilities:
- Ensuring shelves are fully stocked with the correct product using scanning software system.
- Unpacking, breakdown and disposal of boxes
- Restock returned goods
- Use and safe handling of utility knife, pallet jack and/or forklift
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Fill out damage inventory reports for any items damaged during picking or stocking
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good communication, organizational and time management skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Should be knowledgeable of warehouse safety rules and able to operate warehouse machinery or equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to ready, write legibly, and do simple math
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Forklift & pallet jack experience a plus
