HR Recruiter specializing in Training & Onboarding to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Recruiting
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Draft, post, and manage job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates while providing positive and professional candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, manage communications, and facilitate the offer process.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting reports.
Onboarding
- Oversee the full onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Create a welcoming environment that reflects our professional yet approachable culture.
- Partner with managers to set new employees up for success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and caffe attire standards.
Training
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Coordinate ongoing employee training and development initiatives across locations.
- Track training completion and maintain accurate training records.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.
- Support a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of HR experience, with emphasis on recruiting, onboarding, and training.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for training delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — approachable, friendly, and people-oriented.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations; valid driver’s license required. Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related travel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional business casual — polished, approachable, and friendly
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to lift 25/pound regularly & un-assisted
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- The ability to safely climb ladders
