Light Press, Crimping, Bending, Notching Operators

The Press Operator is responsible for operating automatic injection or transfer molding machines to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate automatic injection or transfer molding machines according to established procedures
• Monitor production processes to ensure parts meet quality and customer specifications
• Perform basic inspections of finished parts and report defects or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently
• Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods of time
