Direct Hire Quality Assurance Manager

Pay: $70,000- $110,000 depending on experience

Quality Assurance Manager Details:

Experience in SyteLine MIS system development, simplification, maintenance and reporting support.
Oversight and maintenance of company’s certified ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
Organizes and coordinates on-site and mail-in Customer Quality System surveys.
Reviews contracts for all quality specification requirements and compliance planning.
Oversees and organizes plant-wide tool calibration system.
Runs weekly MRB meeting and resulting cause and corrective action response coordination and support.
Conducts special projects as assigned by President
Conducts training and development.

Quality Assurance Manager Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS) in applied science or engineering field
five or more years related experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management and training;
strong quality management systems experience in similar process and industry of manufacturing with demonstrated ability in and management of the ISO program for the organization preferably in a similar industry.
Must be able to pass a driver’s license background check.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential. Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills.
Experience with MS-Office (especially Excel, Word) is needed. Project management experience is a plus.
A combination of walking and sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift up to and including 35 pounds. needed.
Strong communication skills with coworkers
