Title: Construction Superintendent, Commercial TI Superintendent
Location: Redmond, WA and Greater Seattle, WA area
Compensation: DOE $80,000-$120,000
Requirements:
  • 3+ years Superintendent experience
  • 3+ years TI/renovation/commercial experience
  • Scheduling, QC, safety background
Summary: We are working with a Commercial Interiors contractor in the greater Seattle market. The team specializes in high-end commercial interior projects and the ideal candidate will be familiar with all trade categories and have similar project experience.   • High-end commercial TI/Renovation projects
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
  • Direct field personnel
  • Prepare and maintain schedule
  • Order materials and schedule inspections
  • Promote job safety and follow safe work practices
  • Able to network and and build relationships with clients, subcontractors and team members
