CNC Mill Machinist

PPS is looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with experience in machine setup and operation to manufacture precision components for clients in the semiconductor, aerospace, defense, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and modify CNC programs
• Follow traveler instructions accurately
• Run 3-axis to 5-axis milling machines
• Perform complete machine setups
• Load and unload materials and finished parts
• Measure parts, record inspection data, and meet or exceed production standards
• Interpret complex blueprints, including dimensions, symbols, and notes
• Track and document production counts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Complete discrepancy/tag documentation as needed
• Collaborate with Engineering to address issues and suggest improvements
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
