What Youll Do:
Customer Service
- Answer phones and schedule estimate appointments
- Help customers with questions and concerns in a friendly, professional manner
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers after service
- Help screen incoming requests to upper management
Operations Support & Scheduling
- Use SingleOps to schedule appointments, jobs, and calendars
- Handle crew requests and help coordinate resources to solve day-to-day problems
Administrative & Creative Support
- Assist with company branding and marketing efforts
- Create company documents for events, policies, and internal tools
- Assist with monthly training exercises and other company events
Marketing Support
- Run monthly reports to track the ROI of advertising sources
- Research new advertising opportunities, help set them up, and measure effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
- College degree
- Experience using SingleOps
- Experience in a home service business or tree service company
- Experience with advertising, branding, or digital design
- Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
