Bagging Line Operator – 1st Shift (Zeeland, MI)
Full-Time | Year-Round | Overtime Available
Pay Range: $22–$25 per hour + Production Bonus
WorkSolved Staffing is currently hiring a Bagging Line Operator for a growing, family-owned manufacturer in Zeeland, MI. This company specializes in high-quality landscape products and is committed to environmental sustainability by recycling wood materials into reusable organic products.
This is a full-time, year-round 1st shift opportunity. While production increases during the spring and early summer seasons, employees enjoy steady employment throughout the year.

The Bagging Line Operator plays a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring efficient performance of the automated bagging line.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and support the automated bagging line
- Supply raw materials, pallets, and bags as needed
- Perform daily housekeeping and routine clean-up around equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and partner with maintenance as needed
- Participate in equipment start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
- Perform equipment inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments
- Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or equipment repair preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and twisting for extended periods
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented attitude with flexibility and strong work ethic
