The Fulfillment Technician will assist with maintaining a schedule and current, up-to-date requirements of wholesale orders. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will receive, process, and deliver orders.

Description
The Fulfillment Technician will assist with maintaining a schedule and current, up-to-date requirements of wholesale orders. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will receive, process, and deliver orders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate, package, and stage all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms.
- Collaborate with Logistics Team on delivery routing and scheduling.
- Determine all product requirements and prepare required paperwork.
- Manage finished goods inventory supply chain, from processing and storage to order fulfillment.
- Generate and communicate accurate inventory reports and status updates to internal team members and wholesale partners upon request.
- Learn and master order fulfillment and inventory management aspects of company inventory tracking system.
- Deliver orders to customers, load and unload packages at destinations, ensure accuracy and report any errors on shipping manifests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment computer software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to be consistently accurate with counts and data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID.
- $16.50-$18.00 per hour, non-exempt.
- Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.

- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment.
