Medical Technologist – Multiple Shifts Available
Location: Titusville, PA
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Medical Technologist to join a dynamic laboratory team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing accurate and timely laboratory results that support high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex laboratory testing and analysis in accordance with established procedures and quality standards

• Work across multiple disciplines including:

  • Blood Bank (required) - phlebotomy

  • Hematology

  • Chemistry

  • Microbiology (optional but preferred)

• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment

• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in all testing processes

• Follow laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field (required)

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent)

• Prior experience in Blood Bank, Hematology, and Chemistry strongly preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
