Warehouse Associate | North Las Vegas
Nexeo is hiring Warehouse Associates for a high-volume distribution environment in North Las Vegas. This role is fully hands-on and involves heavy physical labor, including consistent loading and unloading of trailers by hand.

Important:
This is NOT a forklift operator position. However, the client requires recent (within 3 months) stand-up forklift OR reach truck experience and 1+ year total experience because cross-training will be provided later. We are seeking reliable, safety-minded warehouse professionals who want long-term opportunity, stability, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manually unload trailers by hand (primary job duty)

• Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and moving materials (up to 40 lbs repeatedly)

• Maintain a fast pace and stay productive during downtime

• Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and dress code requirements

• Participate in training for future forklift and warehouse functions

• Demonstrate strong attendance, work ethic, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Recent (within 3 months) stand-up forklift or reach truck experience

• Minimum 1 year warehouse + equipment experience

• Ability to continuously lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical labor

• Ability to stand for full 8-hour shifts

• Excellent attendance and punctuality—this is strictly enforced

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow direction

Pay
$17.00 per hour

Shift/Schedule

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
