What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor mixing and sheeting equipment

• Prepare and load ingredients following recipes and specifications

• Ensure product quality meets Company and safety standards

• Perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers

• Maintain accurate production and batch records

• Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus

• Comfortable working with industrial and computer-controlled equipment

• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and meet deadlines

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Flexibility to support varying schedules

What to Expect:

• Active role requiring standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and movement throughout your shift

• Fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Exposure to noise, dust, and standard production conditions

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
