The Company is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join a rapidly growing, multi-state telehealth program focused on Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) services within nursing home populations.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a remote Psychiatrist.

• $340,000 - $390,000 Salary (based on NP supervision responsibilities)

Requirements:

• Florida Medical License
• Must be willing to get licensed in other states (Company will pay for it)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Positive Attitude
• Willingness to Collaborate With Psychologist, Psychiatrists, And Nurse Practitioners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct brief telepsychiatry visits (~5-10 minutes per patient) focused on BHI program follow-up
• Complete approximately 30 patient encounters per day (efficient, check-in style visits)
• Serve as the billing/initiating provider for BHI services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (NPs, therapists, facility staff)
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)
• Support care coordination efforts to improve patient behavioral health outcomes

Schedule:

• Office Hours 8 - 5 EST
• Your schedule will be based on your efficiency
• Most providers are done by 2pm-3pm everyday
• No Call
• No Nights
• No Weekends
