Machine Operator (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-paced Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be the final line of defense for quality, ensuring that every envelope produced meets strict customer specifications while maintaining the high-speed efficiency of our manufacturing equipment.


Position – Machine Operator

Job Location – Butler, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available (Must be able to train for 2 months on 1st shift if you are interested in 2nd or 3rd)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience


Key Responsibilities
  • Production Setup: Examine work orders to determine specific job requirements and perform sample verifications.
  • Machine Feeding: Manually place die-cut paper stacks onto the machine feed to ensure continuous operation.
  • Quality Control: Inspect product quality according to strict guidelines and conduct regular checks throughout the production run.
  • High-Speed Packing: Pack envelopes uniformly and neatly into boxes, cartons, and skids, keeping pace with the machine speed.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate counts and complete all necessary paperwork to record labor, time, and quantities.
  • Workspace Safety: Keep the production area organized, clean, and free of debris.
