Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Associate to join our team in Miami Beach. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, capable of supporting both internal teams and external clients. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external clients.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  3. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  4. Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
  5. Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and arranging travel when necessary.
  6. Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
  7. Support team projects and cross-departmental initiatives as needed.
  8. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
