Quality Assurance Inspector

PPS is seeking a detail oriented Quality Assurance Inspector for our metal fabrication facility in Bedford Ohio. This is a full-time permanent position with great benefits including bonus eligibility and a high ceiling for growth!

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting final product using blueprints, schematics, and precision measurement instruments to ensure customer specs are met, and approving or rejecting products
• Identify defects in product and recommend solutions to correct
• Documenting test results, data, and any deviations from company standards
• Report issues and provide feedback across departments
• Calibrating and maintaining testing equipment
• Recommend process improvements to enhance quality

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• 3+ years of quality inspection experience in the metal fabrication industry
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Proven experience with precision measurement instruments
• Proficiency regarding verbal and written communication and computer use
• Problem-solving skills
