Family Nurse Practitioner Community Quick Care

Community Quick Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our fast-growing outpatient clinic in La Vergne, Tennessee. We provide convenient, affordable primary care and urgent care services for patients of all ages.

This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys treating a wide range of common medical conditions in a fast-paced clinic environment while building strong relationships with patients in the community.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries
  
  
• Perform sick visits, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
  
  
• Conduct physical exams and preventive care visits
  
  
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  
  
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
  
  
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, incision & drainage, ear wax removal)
  
  
• Provide patient education and counseling
  
  
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record
  
  
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow
  
  

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Board Certified
  
  
• Active Tennessee NP license or ability to obtain
  
  
• DEA license or eligibility
  
  
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  
  
• Excellent patient communication skills
  
  
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine preferred
