Master Scheduler/Production Planner

1. Manage the master schedule for all production projects.
2. Lead two R&D project schedulers
3. Supervise one direct report, with two more joining in the future.
4. Navigate Business Central ERP and maintain accurate project data.
5. Hold teams accountable and drive clarity across all project phases.

1. Strong experience with complex, high-dollar projects.
2. Confident communicator who can push back when needed.
3. Proficient in MS Office and MS Project (required).
4. ERP experience preferred; degree not required.
