Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set up, and maintain fabrication equipment used for cutting, drilling, and punching structural steel
- Work with Peddinghaus and Voortman machines
- Read and accurately follow blueprints and production orders
- Inspect fabricated parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently while meeting production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Experience operating Peddinghaus and Voortman fabrication equipment required
- Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality production
- Strong safety awareness and work ethic
- Must pass background check and drug screen
