As a Membership Sales & Customer Service Associate, youll be the face of Wash Monkey Car Wash, combining stellar service with a passion for growing our membership program.

Customer Service:
Greet every guest with a cheerful Welcome to the Jungle!
Answer questions about our services, pricing, and membership options.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring they leave happy.
Maintain a clean, inviting environment in the lobby and service areas.
Occasionally assist with light prep tasks at the wash tunnel.

Membership Sales:
Proactively introduce customers to our membership packages and their amazing benefits.
Tailor solutions to fit each customers needs, turning visitors into loyal troop members.
Keep accurate records of sales, sign-ups, and payments.
Assist with promotional campaigns and jungle-themed events to boost membership sign-ups.
