Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Collection Point Caller to generate inbound calls for our office. This position plays a key role in initiating consumer contact and supporting our collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate inbound calls for the office through outbound contact efforts
  
  
• Clearly and professionally communicate with consumers
  
  
• Maintain compliance and professionalism on every call

Qualifications

• Previous point caller experience is a plus (not required)
  
  
• Strong verbal communication skills
