  • $27.72 – $33.00 per hour (up to 5 years experience)

  • $36.30 per hour (10 years experience)

  • Up to $39.60 per hour (15+ years experience)

• Sign-On Bonus:

  • $10,000 (Days)

  • $15,000 (Nights)

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join a fast-paced acute care emergency department in Tallahassee, Florida.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority cases simultaneously. The ER RN provides care to patients across the lifespan, ranging from minor injuries to critical emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, assessment, and treatment of patients of all ages.

• Prioritize care for multiple patients in a dynamic emergency environment.

• Initiate and implement individualized plans of care.

• Administer medications and emergency interventions as ordered.

• Coordinate care with physicians, ancillary departments, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide discharge instructions and coordinate appropriate referrals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Promote patient safety and adherence to clinical standards.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license.

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ER experience (critical care experience accepted).

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.

• BLS certification prior to start date.

Required Within 90 Days of Hire

• ACLS certification.

• PALS certification.

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI).

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
