Sr. Ultipro HRIS Analyst-Reston, VA ($45-60/hr)
Summary:
Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to reconfigure UKG settings, translate pay codes, and build interfaces for a multibillion-dollar leader in their industry. This role supports seamless payroll and HR data integration across systems. This is an immediate need and 5-6 month project.

Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to reconfigure UKG settings, translate pay codes, and build interfaces for a multibillion-dollar leader in their industry. This role supports seamless payroll and HR data integration across systems. This is an immediate need and 5-6 month project.
Responsibilities:
- Reconfigure UKG (Pro/Ready/Dimensions) background settings, including pay and earning codes.
- Design and maintain UKG interface.
- Map and translate pay codes and payroll elements from Ultipro to Workday.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
- Document changes, validate data, and support payroll/HR teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years with UKG configuration and integration.
- UKG Pro and Payroll is required.
- Knowledge of UKG Workforce Management Dimensions (Kronos) is preferred but not required.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Knowledge of UDES, APIs and integration between HRIS and other business systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, data mapping, and interfaces.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication.
