BrightStar Care is seeking a full-time RN Case Manager to provide exceptional home health care for pediatric clients in Florida. This role offers a 3-day work week with 12-hour day shifts, full-time pay at $38/hour, benefits, and requires availability on some weekends. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver one-on-one care in the home, support and mentor other nurses, and serve as a trusted clinical resource for our care team—all while enjoying a consistent, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities       What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with clinical orientation and training for new nurses joining the BrightStar team.
• Support office operations by collaborating with the clinical and scheduling teams as needed.
• Implement individualized care plans with sound clinical judgment and documentation accuracy.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance with all BrightStar Care and state nursing standards.

Required Skills

• What You’ll Bring
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in Florida or a multistate license valid in Florida
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
