We are seeking professional, motivated individuals to join our busy multi-specialty Dental Office as a Junior Receptionist. This position offers great growth potential, with the opportunity to become Full Time for the right candidate!

Requirements:

• BILINGUAL English & Spanish REQUIRED
  Must speak and translate fluently in both languages.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
  
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  
  
• Computer-savvy with good typing and organizational skills
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, well-spoken, and professional in appearance and demeanor
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, including multiple phone lines
  
  
• Communicate courteously and confidently with patients over the phone
  
  
• Register and check in incoming patients
  
  
• Support front desk operations as needed
