ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Rep, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions
  • Process payments, policy changes, and service requests
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Support the agent and sales team with daily office tasks
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers and office software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not required)
  • Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (we help with this)
