RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions
- Process payments, policy changes, and service requests
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Support the agent and sales team with daily office tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not required)
- Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (we help with this)
