Ive been a State Farm Agent since 1982 and remain proud to serve the Canton community where my roots run deep. Over the years, Ive had the privilege of giving back through service as a 20-year YMCA Board Member, Canton Area Chamber of Commerce participant, Canton Athletic Booster Club supporter, and as the 2004 Canton Citizen of the Year. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chuck Taylor - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
