Sales Activities Coordinator - LATAM

Job Title: Sales Activities Coordinator - LATAM

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

What you will DO:

• Manage day-to-day LATAM order processing and track shipment schedules
• Upload and maintain weekly POS report
• Follow up weekly backorder lists and order statuses
• Support the PM and sales team with sales-related tasks such as credit notes and sales in/out reports
• Address customer inquiries and issues related to sales
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Perform additional job duties as assigned by the manager

What you will NEED:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Minimum 2+ years of sales or customer service experience with a bachelor’s degree
• or 5+ years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with the sales team
