Machine Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to support production equipment through preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repair in a manufacturing/packaging environment.

Responsibilities

·Maintain, repair, and install packaging and production equipment

·Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to the component level

·Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems (no programming required)

·Maintain conveyors, robotics, palletizers, shrink wrappers, and case packers

·Install conduit, pull wire, and terminate conductors

·Troubleshoot sensors, photo eyes, pneumatics, and MAC valves

·Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment downtime

·Operate boom and scissor lifts as needed

Qualifications

·High school diploma or GED required

·5+ years of experience in packaging or industrial equipment maintenance

·Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

·Experience with automated conveyor systems preferred

·Ability to use multimeters and other electrical test equipment

·Experience with boilers, air compressors, and steam tunnels preferred
