Position: Boat Rental and Retail Specialist
Location: Skier's Marine Smith Lake (Full time/Seasonal)
Schedule: 1530 hours/week | Weekends & holidays required
Season: May September

What You'll Do

Rentals

• Welcome customers and handle rental check-in and check-out
• Walk guests through safety instructions and boating guidelines
• Clean, fuel, and inspect boats between rentals to keep everything ship-shape
• Assist with docking and securing watercraft
• Keep the marina area tidy, organized, and guest-ready at all times

Retail

• Assist customers on the sales floor and help them find the right gear, apparel, and accessories
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing retail area
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay knowledgeable on available products to make confident recommendations
• Support inventory management and restocking as needed
