Job Summary
Solutions Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist with a passion for patient care and experience in non-sterile compounding. Youll play a vital role in processing prescriptions, advising patients, and helping us expand our innovative offerings across wellness and specialty therapies. Responsibilities

• Accurately review and interpret incoming prescriptions for dosing, interactions, and appropriateness
  
  
• Counsel patients on medication use, storage, and side effects
  
  
• Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
  
  
• Perform and oversee non-sterile compounding, including but not limited to:
  
  
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
    
    
  • Pain Management
    
    
  • Dermatology
    
    
  • Veterinary
    
    
  • Pediatrics
    
    
• Participate in inventory management and maintain clean, organized workspaces
  
  
• Collaborate with providers, patients, and support staff to ensure optimal care
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Texas pharmacist license in good standing
  
  
• Proven experience with non-sterile compounding (minimum 1 year preferred)
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation practices
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain productivity under pressure
