We are seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients in their home.

There are cases in the Metuchen/Edison/Woodbridge areas


Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to the seniors or people with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Medication Reminding
• Light House cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
• Provide companionship
• Be the eyes for the family that can't be there to help
• Use your experience to make suggestions to help make a senior's life easier

Qualifications:

• Experience in home health, facilities and hospice
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• CHHA License
