*Internist needed per diem throughout state-wide New York

HealthPlus Staffing is assisting one of our prestigious clients with their search for an Internist for their MOBILE CLINIC in New York.

This Mobile Clinic specializes in providing cardiovascular screenings, amongst other test, mostly to first responders.

No Cardiovascular experience required, on-site training will be provided.

• Start date: ASAP
• Event Hours: Monday through Friday, 8a-6p
• Patient Population: First Responders
• Locations: Statewide in NY
o Flexibility would be ideal, but candidates are not required to travel statewide
o Clinic gets booked for events and travel to wherever it may be.
o If far away from where provider resides or they need to stay overnight, client will cover lodging/travel
• Requirements:
o BE/BC in Internal Medicine
o Active NY license
o Must already be credentialed with major insurances for each state
• Procedures: Blood Tests, EKGs, Echocardiogram, Stress Echodiogram, Carotid Doppler, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Ultrasound & Femoral Artery Ultrasound.
• Support staff: On site & depends on the size of the event
• Patient Volume: Varies per event
• EMR System: eClinical
• Compensation: Commensurate on experience & will be discussed directly with client. Structure in place so bonuses are given if provider sees over a certain amount of patients per day.
• Interview Process: Initial screening call with VP, then invite to event to meet w/ Director & see what a day-to-day entails.
