Position Summary

The Executive Director provides overall leadership and operational oversight of an adult Behavioral Health Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program. This role ensures high-quality, recovery-oriented residential services for adults living with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders while maintaining full regulatory compliance and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the CRR program
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and licensing regulations
  
  
• Oversee clinical programming and service delivery
  
  
• Manage budget, financial performance, and Medicaid billing oversight
  
  
• Recruit, supervise, and develop multidisciplinary staff
  
  
• Lead quality improvement, risk management, and safety initiatives
  
  
• Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and community partners
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field required

• 5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health or residential services
  
  
• Strong knowledge of adult mental health, compliance standards, and program operations
  
  
• Experience with budgeting and staff supervision
