Planner Position
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Range: $21.00 – $22.00/hour

Summary
The Production Planner will develop, maintain, and execute production schedules aligned with material availability and customer delivery requirements. This position offers the opportunity to convert to permanent employment after the evaluation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term production schedules.
- Review demand forecasts, inventory, and work order status.
- Release and manage work orders to production.
- Coordinate with buyers, engineers, and production supervisors to resolve shortages.
- Analyze capacity vs. demand and recommend adjustments.
- Track OTD performance and identify bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiar with AS9100 or ISO 9001 preferred.
