Compensation
This position offers a competitive pay range of $45$70 per hour, inclusive of service pay and tips, based on experience, performance, and scheduling availability during peak earning periods.

Schedule & Availability
This role requires flexibility to best serve our guests. Team members are expected to:

• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
  
• Be available for at least one PM shift and one weekend shift per week
  
  

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Massage Therapist at The NOW, you will:

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through therapeutic massage
  
  
• Deliver high-quality services using modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports Massage, and Stretching Techniques
  
  
• Maintain service rooms according to brand standards (all supplies provided)
  
  
• Contribute to a positive, wellness-focused team environment
  
  

We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates who demonstrate strong technique, professionalism, and a passion for therapeutic massage.

Qualifications

• Active state license/certification (must be presented during the interview process and maintained throughout employment)
  
  
• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; additional modalities are a plus
  
  
• Availability during prime earning periods, including evenings and weekends
  
  
• Ability to perform massage services, including standing for extended periods, bending, stretching, and completing room reset protocols
