Responsibilities
- Check patients in prior to appointments
- Obtain vital signs
- Collect co- payments
- Schedule/ Reschedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
