Machine & Building Maintenance Technician


We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and broad mechanical knowledge. This role combines machine maintenance with general building maintenance across two locations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and routine servicing of machinery
Diagnose and repair issues related to:
o Air systems
o Hydraulic systems
o Electrical systems
Support ongoing machine reliability and uptime
Handle general building maintenance, including:
o Electrical systems
o Heating and cooling systems
o Plumbing
o Structural components (doors, windows, roof, gutters)
Communicate with vendors, service technicians, alarm companies, and municipal/fire inspectors
Maintain computerized communication records and service coordination

Qualifications
Proven experience in machine and building maintenance
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Computer-capable for vendor and service coordination
Dependable and able to work independently across multiple locations

Work Schedule
Maintenance Hours: To be determined based on operational needs, Typical hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
