Health Aide-Pediatrics

Our healthcare agency is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing support to those in need. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, ensuring that patients are comfortable and safe, providing companionship. • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient's health and behavior to the healthcare team
• Assist with medication administration and other medical tasks as needed
• Provide companionship to clients by engaging in conversation and activities
• Assist clients with mobility and transfer as needed
• Help with meal planning and preparation, and provide assistance with feeding if required
• Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
• CPR certification
• Understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Physical stamina and flexibility to lift and move patients
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
