Nurse Admissions Coordinator

Location: Bristol, SD

We are currently seeking a motivated and highly organized individual with excellent communication skills.

As directed by the Director of Nursing and Administration, the Nurse Admissions Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between hospitals, families, and the facility, managing the intake process from referral to admission. This role ensures a smooth, compliant transition for residents while driving census goals and ensuring financial reimbursement. Other duties as assigned to maintain full-time schedule.

Hours are Monday through Friday, one weekend per month floor coverage.

Position is full-time. Must have RN or LPN license in good standing.
