Front Desk Representative

Job Description:
We are looking to add a reliable Front Desk Representative to represent Spearfish Canyon Lodge and ensure that each guest has a positive experience with us!

Responsibilities:
Providing the best customer service possible! You are the first person to welcome each guest to Spearfish Canyon Lodge and it is essential that this experience is a positive one
Answering inquiries regarding our location, lodging, rentals, and the Latchstring Restaurant
Answering all incoming phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner
Making lodging and rental reservations
Strong ability to multi-task in a high-volume work setting
Must be reliable, organized, and detail orientated
Strong communication and listening skills
Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of hotel guests
Willing to learn our systems for lodging and rentals
Maintains cleanliness of Front Desk area, lobby, gift shop, and public restrooms
Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
Bartend at our Roughlock Lounge, as needed.

Salary:
$16 - $19 DOE
Bartending Tips
** Employees will be receive a sign on bonus of up to $500 following 6 months of continuous employment!**

Job Type:
Full-time and part-time options available

Schedule:
3pm 11pm
Weekends required
Holidays required
