About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Machine Maintenance Technician / Lead to support production operations, lead team members, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support production team members during your shift
  • Train employees on equipment operation and safety procedures
  • Adjust, troubleshoot, and assist with maintaining machinery
  • Perform product quality checks
  • Help maintain smooth production flow and delegate tasks
  • Assist with machine setup (print & gauge settings)
  • Provide feedback to the Shift Supervisor on team performance
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read a ruler to 1/32”
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must supply your own basic tools/toolbox
Additional Info
  • Overtime may be required, including some Saturdays or holidays
  • Manufacturing environment (noise, heat, moving machinery)
  • PPE required: safety shoes, hearing protection, eye protection
