What You’ll Be Doing

Prospect and land new client relationships through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
Run discovery calls with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and position recruiting solutions
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and close

What We’re Looking For

Agency recruiting experience (360 desk, client-facing recruiter, or recruiter who has sold services)
Proven success generating new business, building pipeline, and closing deals in recruitment industry
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and consultative selling—phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person
