General Dentist Opportunity – Waverly, NY

We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to lead a thriving solo practice in Waverly, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, well-established office with strong patient demand and a long waitlist.

Position Highlights:

• Solo Dentist role with full autonomy in patient care
• Oral Surgeon on-site a few times a month for specialized procedures
• 5 operatories, fully equipped with digital technology, including Pan/Ceph and CBCT
• Supported by a skilled team: 2 Assistants and 1 Hygienist
• High patient volume, with over 90% Medicaid Managed Care patients at favorably negotiated fees
• Bread-and-butter dentistry with flexibility in case selection
• 4-day workweek: Tuesday – Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $1,000/day guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is higher)
