Nursing Team Lead

The lead nurse is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the clinical support team to ensure efficient, compliant, and compassionate patient care. This role provides leadership and organization for the support staff, manages clinical inventory and ensures consistent adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and clinical best practices.The lead nurse supports the clinical support team by managing staff schedules, handling call-ins, assisting with inventory, and providing day-to-day guidance to ensure smooth operations. The position also provides direct patient care and phone nursing support as needed and plays a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and staff education.
